When you contact us for the first time you will be greeted by Paul Goddard, the owner of the business. He will arrange for a mutually convenient time for you to explain your project in detail and for Paul to do some measuring up. This process may take two or three visits as you will have some choices to make.
Once you have made your selections from the large range available, Paul will explain the terms of business. Normally this involves a 15% deposit, a stage payment as more materials arrive, and the balance on completion. He will then arrange a start date and then organise his team. The team will consist of artisans of every discipline, and are carefully chosen to be qualified, skilled and most of all reliable.
You can then sit back and relax in the sure knowledge that the work will commence on or very close to that date.
