When you contact us for the first time you will be greeted by Paul Goddard, the owner of the business. He will arrange for a mutually convenient time for you to explain your project in detail and for Paul to do some measuring up and giving you some of his own ideas of layout and design.
This process may take two or three visits as you will have some choices to make by visiting the showroom and making further desicions.
Once you have made your selections from the large range available, Paul will explain the terms of business. Normally this involves a three stage payment:
- 20% Deposit
- 65% Due on day of work commencing
- Remaining balance upon completion.
He will then arrange a start date and then organise his team. The team will consist of artisans of every discipline, and are carefully chosen to be qualified, skilled and most of all reliable.
You can then sit back and relax safe in the knowledge that the work will commence on a date suitable to both parties.
